摘要
目的:分析医保定点零售药店相关政策文本,梳理政策重点,为定点药店发展提供建议。方法:以江苏省为例,借助ROST CM6和Ucinet 6.0软件,对政策文本进行词频统计和语义网络分析,并梳理归纳定点药店三类管理模式的特点。结果:词频分析结果显示,8个关键词出现频数超过150次,药品类关键词出现频次最高;语义网络图表明,定点药店政策核心要义为“医保”“药品”;定点药店管理模式具有三种模式共融并行、依托省级处方流转平台、重视药学服务能力建设等特点。结论:明晰医保定点药店遴选规则,搭建定点药店持续运营新模式,高效承接处方流转,落实药学服务建设,实现医保定点零售药店更好持续发展。
Objective To analyze the relevant policy texts of designated retail pharmacies of medical insurance and sort out the policy focus,and to provide suggestions for the development of designated pharmacies.Methods Taking Jiangsu province as an example,with the help of Rost CM6 and UCINET 6.0 software,the word frequency statistics and semantic network analysis of the policy text were carried out.The characteristics of the three types of management models for designated pharmacies were sorted and summarized.Results The results of word frequency analysis showed that the frequency of 8 keywords was more than 150,with the highest frequency of drug related keywords.The semantic network diagram indicated that the core meaning of designated pharmacy policies was medical insurance and drugs.The management model of designated pharmacies had the characteristics of coexistence of three models,relying on provincial-level prescription circulation platforms,and emphasizing the construction of pharmaceutical service capabilities.Conclusion It is necessary to clarify the selection rules for designated pharmacies of medical insurance,establish a new model for continuous operation of designated pharmacies,efficiently undertake prescription circulation,implement pharmaceutical service,in order to achieve better and sustainable development of designated retail pharmacies of medical insurance.
