异养硝化-好氧反硝化细菌MF1的生长及脱氮特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 从某对虾养殖池塘采集的底泥中筛出一株菌株MF1,经16S rDNA鉴定为Klebsiella michiganensis(密歇根克雷伯氏菌)。各菌株生长特性试验表明:氨氮培养基中菌株MF1的最适碳源为丙酮酸钠。在温度30℃、pH 7、转速100 r/min及C/N比例为10的条件下,菌株MF1的脱氮效率达到最大值。 From a shrimp farming pond,a bacterial strain MF1 was isolated from the sediment.It was identified as Klebsiella michiganensis through 16S rDNA analysis.Growth characteristic tests of the strain indicated that the optimal carbon source for MF1 in an ammonium nitrogen medium is sodium pyruvate.Under conditions of 30℃,a pH of 7,an agitation speed of 100 r/min,and a C/N ratio of 10,the denitrification efficiency of MF1 reaches its peak.Sodium pyruvate is confirmed as the most suitable carbon source for MF1.
