摘要
采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等试验设备,通过拉伸试验、冲击试验、电化学实验等性能检测手段,研究了回火保温时间对E690海工钢组织演变及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:当保温时间增加到60 min时,碳化物的析出量增多,马氏体板条逐渐变宽,铁素体的尺寸也有所增加,此时碳化物的析出可以弥补组织增大对性能带来的不利影响;开路电位处于最大值为-0.36 V,电化学阻抗图的圆弧半径最大,耐蚀性最好。
Based on such property detecting means as tensile testing,impact testing and electrochemical testing,the effect of the holding time in tempering on evolution of microstructures and corrosion resistance of the E690 steel for ocean engineering was studied by using these testing equipment such as optical microscope(OM)scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The study results showed that when the holding time was increased to 60 minutes,the precipitation amount of carbides increased,while the martensitic laths widened gradually and the size of ferrite also increased.So at this time,the precipitation of carbides could compensate for the adverse effect of enlarging microstructures on the properties.When the maximum open circuit potential was-0.36 V,the circular arc radius for the electrochemical impedance diagram was the largest and the corrosion resistance was the best.
