摘要
地铁项目的建设和管理包括规划、安全、环保、运营等方面,需要多个部门协同配合。地铁项目施工质量管理要综合考虑各方面因素,制订科学的管理方案,加强监管和检查,以确保地铁工程的质量和安全。文章分析了地铁项目施工质量管理现状,指出了地铁项目施工质量管理存在的问题,如施工人员技术水平不高、施工管理不到位等,并针对性地提出了地铁项目施工质量管理策略,以供参考。
The construction and management of subway project includes planning,safety,environmental protection,operation and so on,which requires the collaborative cooperation of multiple departments.The construction quality management of subway project should consider various factors,formulate scientific management plan,and strengthen supervision and inspection,so as to ensure the quality and safety of subway engineering.This paper analyzes the current situation of subway project construction quality management,points out the problems existing in the subway project construction quality management,such as the low technical level of construction personnel and the inadequate construction management,and puts forward subway project construction quality management strategies for reference.
