摘要
在畜禽生产中,氧化应激严重影响了畜禽的生产性能、免疫功能和机体健康等,给畜牧行业带来严重的经济损失。植物精油(EOs)作为一种天然植物提取物,具有良好的抗氧化活性,被认为是一种合成抗氧化剂的替代物。本文综述了EOs在清除自由基、促进金属离子配位饱和、抑制脂质过氧化和调节信号通路上发挥的抗氧化活性及作用机制,以及EOs在畜禽生产中的应用,旨在为EOs作为天然抗氧化剂在畜牧生产中的应用提供理论参考。
In livestock and poultry production,the oxidative stress seriously affects the production performance,immune function and body health of livestock and poultry,resulting in serious economic losses in livestock and poultry industry.Essential oils(EOs),as a natural plant extract,have been considered as an alternative to synthetic antioxidants due to their good antioxidant activity.This paper summarized the antioxidant activity and mechanism of EOs in scavenging free radicals,promoting metal ion coordination saturation,inhibiting lipid peroxidation and regulating signaling pathways,as well as their application in livestock and poultry production,which will provide theoretical reference for the application of EOs as natural antioxidants in livestock production.
