摘要
马赛克战是美军提出的智能化作战概念,其核心思想是分散传统大型装备的作战功能,实现多种小型装备的自主集群作战和灵活组合协同.开展能力评估研究是推动马赛克战走向实际应用的重要课题,本文提出了考虑集群协同特性的马赛克战体系能力需求满足度评估方法,分为任务能力分解、元任务能力支撑度分析、集群策略分析和需求满足度聚合四个步骤.因集群协同模式对马赛克战体系的能力发挥有重要影响,本文将集群策略分析引入能力需求满足度评估中,从协同性、互补性和鲁棒性三个方面开展评估.最后通过想定案例验证了本文方法的有效性.相比现有评估方法,本文方法更契合于马赛克战的实际作战特点,对我军智能化作战体系的建设发展有重要的理论价值.
Mosaic warfare is an intelligent operational concept put forward by the U.S.Army.Its core idea is to disperse the operational functions of traditional large equipment,realize the autonomic cluster and flexible cooperation of small equipment.Conducting capability evaluation research is an important issue to promote the practical applications of mosaic warfare.This paper puts forward a capability requirement satisfaction degree evaluation method considering cluster collaboration characteristics for mosaic warfare system of systems,which is divided into four steps:Task and capability decomposition,meta-task capability support analysis,cluster strategy analysis,and requirement satisfaction degree aggregation.Given that the cluster collaboration pattern plays an important role in the operational capability of mosaic warfare systems,this paper introduces cluster strategy analysis into the capability requirement satisfaction degree evaluation,which is carried out in three aspects:Collaboration,complementarity,and robustness.Finally,the validity of the proposed method is verified by a case study.Compared with existing methods,the proposed method is more suitable for the actual operational characteristics of mosaic warfare and has important theoretical value for the construction and development of intelligent warfare system of systems.
