摘要
目的/意义 随着国家公立医院绩效考核工作的推进,现代信息技术和数据治理成为新时代公立医院高质量发展的有效支撑和医院管理的必要手段,亟待探索有效的治理路径和模式。方法/过程 介绍首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院的探索实践,推进医院数据治理,梳理各主业务系统功能和关联关系,建立主索引和数据共享体系,形成精细化绩效管理体系。结果/结论 整合13个业务系统,打破数据壁垒,形成15大类数据指标池,有效支撑医院精细化管理并培养数据治理人才。
Purpose/Significance With the promotion of the performance appraisal of national public hospitals,modern information technology and data governance are the effective support for the high-quality development of public hospitals in the new era and the necessary means of hospital management.It is urgent to explore effective governance paths and models.Method/Process The paper introduces the practice and exploration of Beijing Tongren Hospital,Capital Medical University,promotes hospital data governance,sorts out the functions and relationships of each main business system,establishes a main index and data sharing system,and forms a refined performance management system.Result/Conclusion It integrates 13 business systems,breaks the data barrier,forms a total of 15 categories of data index pools,effectively support the hospital’s refined management and cultivate data management talents.
