波纹腹板钢梁疲劳性能研究现状与未来发展思考

Current situation and future development consideration of research on fatigue behavior of corrugated-web steel girders

摘要 波纹腹板钢梁解决了高厚比大的钢梁腹板容易局部屈曲而需要焊接许多加劲肋的问题,但也带来了有别于平直腹板钢梁疲劳的问题,目前疲劳强度计算无设计标准可循,这源于腹板波形多样化、翼缘应力分布复杂、应力集中程度不一以及对疲劳性能缺乏认识等。综述了国内外有关波纹腹板钢梁疲劳性能的研究现状,总结存在的关键问题包括:研究过分依赖于疲劳试验,但试件数量太少,结果缺乏可靠性;分析方法传统且繁复;提出的疲劳设计方法针对特定的几何构造采用分类法,缺乏普适性等。对未来进一步的创新研究做了思考和探讨,建议在多尺度结构分析、基于概率断裂力学的随机疲劳分析、涵盖各种几何形状的波纹腹板钢梁基于热点应力概念的统一的疲劳强度设计新方法等方面开展研究。 Corrugated-web steel girders(CWG)solve the problem of welding many stiffeners on the web in order to avoid local buckling of web with a large ratio of height to thickness.However,a new issue appears,which is different from the fatigue of flat-web steel girders,and there is no design specification for fatigue strength calculation of CWG.This is attributed to the factors such as a wide variety of web waveform,complicated stress distribution in flange,different degree of stress concentration and lack of fatigue knowledge.This paper gives a summary of current research in the world on CWG fatigue behavior.A series of key problems are pointed out.For example,researches rely excessively on fatigue tests,but the number of test specimens is too little,which results in unreliable results.Analysis methods are traditional and complicated.The classification method is used for fatigue design of a specific geometry of structural detail,which is short of universality.An innovative study in the future is considered and discussed.It is suggested that the further investigation focus on multiscale structural analysis,stochastic fatigue analysis based on probabilistic fracture mechanics,and the new method of fatigue strength design of CWG with various geometric configuration based on hot spot stress concept.
