摘要
针对现有高龄群体及下肢行动不便患者上下车装置结构复杂、工作步骤繁琐、运动轨迹柔顺性差等问题,提出一种双平行四杆式上下车装置。首先根据国内电动轮椅相关标准与某车型尺寸确定了动平台主要尺寸,研究双平行四杆机构运动特性,建立数学模型,对其进行优化设计,再将优化后的参数建立虚拟样机模型,仿真上下车机构的运动特性。结果表明所开发的双平行四杆机构上下车装置,结构简单,运动稳定,能够满足用户完成自主乘坐汽车出行的需求,也为其他上下车装置的研究提供了一定的参考。
A dual parallel four bar boarding and alighting device is proposed to address the complex structure,cumbersome working steps,and poor flexibility of the boarding and alighting device for the existing elderly population and patients with lower limb mobility disorders.Firstly,the main dimensions of the moving platform were determined based on the relevant domestic standards for electric wheelchairs and the dimensions of a certain vehicle model.The motion characteristics of the double parallel four bar mechanism were studied,a mathematical model was established,and it was optimized for design.Then,a virtual prototype model was established using the optimized parameters to simulate the motion characteristics of the boarding and alighting mechanisms.The results indicate that the developed dual parallel four bar mechanism boarding and alighting device has a simple structure and stable motion,which can meet the needs of users to complete autonomous car travel,and also provides a certain reference for the research of other boarding and alighting devices.
