摘要
目的探究护士分层进阶管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用及效果。方法回顾性选择菏泽市牡丹人民医院2021年6月—2022年12月期间神经内科护理人员20名作为研究对象。按照管理模式分组,2021年6月—2022年2月时间段实施常规管理干预为常规组,2022年3—12月时间段实施护士分层进阶管理干预为观察组,各组10名,且每组对应选取患者120例,比较两组护理人员护理管理质量评分、护理人员管理工作效率、患者对护理服务评价、护理不良事件发生率。结果相较常规组,观察组护理人员护理管理质量评分、管理工作效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较常规组,观察组患者护理服务评价更高、护理不良事件发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科护理管理中落实护士分层进阶管理办法,不仅可加强护理人员工作素质,还能让患者获得优质护理帮助。
Objective To explore the application and effect of hierarchical advanced management of nurses in nursing management of neurology department.Methods A total of twenty nurses in the department of neurology of Heze Mudan People's Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected as the study objects.According to the management mode,the routine management intervention was implemented from June 2021 to February 2022 as the conventional group.From March to December 2022,the hierarchical advanced management intervention of nurses was implemented as the observation group.There were ten nurses in each group,and one hundred and twenty patients were selected for each group.Nursing management quality score,nursing staff management efficiency,nursing service evaluation of patients and nursing adverse event incidence were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional group,the nursing management quality score and management efficiency of nursing staff in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the nursing service evaluation of patients in the observation group was higher and the incidence of nursing adverse events was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical advanced management of nurses in the nursing management of neurology department can not only strengthen the quality of nursing staff,but also allow patients to obtain high-quality nursing help.
