摘要
提出一种触指夹紧力测试装置的新技术,通过多种类别的传感装置能够对高压手车开关触指、隔离刀闸触指、抽屉式开关触指的夹紧力进行测量,从而提前预知触指的夹紧力是否满足要求,并在夹紧力临近预警值时提前更换,避免在运行过程中出现由于夹紧力不足而导致接触面过热、弹簧损坏等异常并最终造成放电闪络、事故跳闸等事故。
A new technology of finger clamping force is proposed,various types of sensing devices can be used to measure the clamping forces of high-voltage handcart switch fingers,disconnecting knife switch fingers,and drawer switch fingers,which then are compared with the required,values to determine if the fingers need to be replaced in advance when the clamping forces are close to the warning values.Thus,the overheating of the contact surface,spring damage and other abnormalities can be avoided due to insufficient clamping force during operation.which may finally lead to some serious consequences such as discharge flashover,accident tripping,et al.
