考虑工作连续性的重复性项目鲁棒调度优化

摘要 重复性项目经常受到不确定性事件的干扰而遭受工期延误和费用损失,为应对这种不确定性,考虑重复性项目工作连续性要求,研究其鲁棒调度优化问题。首先,根据工作连续性要求,结合时间缓冲设计适合重复性项目特点的鲁棒优化指标并建立鲁棒优化模型,提出适合重复性项目特点的时间缓冲计算方法和分配方式,在保证进度计划解鲁棒性最大化的同时提高质鲁棒性,并以某高速公路工程为例,通过蒙特卡洛模拟分析鲁棒优化模型的效果。结果表明:鲁棒优化模型非常适合工作连续情况的重复性项目,能够在保持工序连续性的同时,在工序之间合理地添加分散缓冲和项目缓冲,从而有效提高进度计划的解鲁棒性和质鲁棒性,可以帮助重复性项目管理者构建一个适合项目特点且具有一定抗风险能力的进度计划。 Repetitive projects are often disturbed by uncertain events and suffer from schedule delays and cost losses,to cope with such uncertainty,the robust scheduling optimization problem of repetitive projects is studied considering their work continuity requirements.Firstly,according to the requirements of work continuity,this paper designs the robust optimization index suitable for the characteristics of repetitive projects combined with the time buffer,establishes the robust optimization model,puts forward the time buffer calculation method and allocation method suitable for the characteristics of repetitive projects,to improve the qualitative robustness while guaranteeing the maximization of the robustness of the schedule solution,and analyzes the effect of the robust optimization model through Monte Carlo simulation by taking a highway project as an example.The results show that the robust optimization model is very suitable for repetitive projects with continuous work.It can reasonably add dispersion buffers and project buffers between processes while maintaining the continuity of processes,so as to effectively improve the solution robustness and qualitative robustness of the schedule,and also can help the managers of repetitive projects to construct a schedule that is suitable for the characteristics of the project and has a certain degree of risk-resistant ability.
