摘要
阻断贫困代际传递是巩固脱贫攻坚成果的关键。在对贫困代际传递的现实表征、内生和外生机制进行分析后发现:我国贫困代际传递具有弹性大、递减趋势和性别结构及地区异质性的特点;人力资本、社会资本和财富资本是贫困代际传递的主要内生因素,其中,人力资本的传递机制是最核心的机制,社会资本传递机制的实质是对贫困子女的社会排斥,而财富资本传递机制是贫困传递的最直接机制;人力资本、社会资本和财富资本三种机制相互作用。此外,教育制度、劳动力市场、贫困亚文化、社会保障和自然环境等通过对内生因素的作用,形成了对贫困代际传递的外生机制。
Blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty is the key to consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation.Through analyzing the realistic representation,endogenous and exogenous mechanism of poverty intergenerational transmission,it is found that the poverty intergenerational transmission in China has the characteristics of large elasticity,decreasing trend,gender structure and regional heterogeneity.Human capital,social capital and wealth capital are the main endogenous factors of poverty intergenerational transmission.Among them,the transmission mechanism of human capital is the core mechanism.The essence of the transmission mechanism of social capital is the social exclusion of children from impoverished families,and the transmission mechanism of wealth capital is the most direct one.The three mechanisms interact.In addition,education system,labor market,poverty subculture,social security and natural environment have formed an exogenous mechanism of poverty intergenerational transmission through their impact on endogenous factors.
