摘要 随着智能制造产业的高速发展,数控加工技术受到广泛应用,相比较传统机械加工作业方式而言不仅能够提升生产效率和效果,还能降低生产成本,促使企业效益的发展,但是由于目前数控加工工艺和夹具设计存在问题,导致数控加工技术的价值难以充分发挥,合理探索解决和应对数控加工工艺与夹具设计问题的策略势在必行。基于此,通过分析数控加工工艺和夹具设计的主要问题,提出问题的解决对策,为增强工艺和夹具设计的效果提供助力。 With the rapid development of the intelligent manufacturing industry,CNC machining technology has been widely applied.Compared with traditional machining methods,it can not only improve production efficiency and effectiveness,but also reduce production costs and promote the development of enterprise benefits.However,due to the current problems in CNC machining technology and fixture design,the value of CNC machining technology is difficult to fully play,It is imperative to reasonably explore strategies to solve and respond to the problems of CNC machining technology and fixture design.Based on this,by analyzing the main problems in CNC machining process and fixture design,propose solutions to these problems,aiming to provide assistance for enhancing the effectiveness of process and fixture design.
