围岩应力-水压-水温多功能监测仪研发与应用

摘要 为能够为地下矿山突水事故提供准确可靠的数据,实现对海底矿山围岩应力、渗流水温度、水压的实时连续监测,研制围岩应力-水压-水温多功能监测仪,实现一个安装孔同时监测3类信息。阐述了围岩应力-水压-水温多功能监测仪的技术目标和工作原理,并分析了数据存储传输机理。在三山岛金矿海底采场的实践应用表明,围岩应力-水压-水温多功能监测仪的最大水压误差为0.1 MPa,水温误差为0.3℃,误差值满足工程要求,能够实现对地下采场、围岩应力、水压、水温的实时连续监测,且监测数据可靠。 To provide accurate and reliable data for underground mine water inrush accidents and achieve real-time continuous monitoring of rock stress,seepage water temperature,and water pressure in submarine mines,a multifunctional monitoring instrument for rock stress,water pressure,and water temperature was developed.The technical goals and working principles of the instrument are described,and the data storage and transmission mechanisms are analyzed.The practical application in the submarine mining field of Sanshandao gold mine shows that the maximum water pressure error of the instrument is 0.1 MPa,and the temperature error is 0.3℃,which meets the engineering requirements and enables real-time continuous monitoring of underground mining areas,rock stress,water pressure,and water temperature with reliable data.
