摘要
目的 从肠道微生态学机制探究寒邪、湿邪与寒湿兼邪损伤脾主运化功能的差异。方法 利用人工气候箱模拟寒湿兼邪、寒邪、湿邪侵袭雄性昆明种小鼠7d,然后检测肠道消化酶活性(淀粉酶、蛋白酶、乳糖酶、蔗糖酶)与微生物活度等指标。结果 结果显示,寒湿兼邪侵袭显著降低了机体胸腺指数(P<0.05),显著降低肠道微生物活度、乳糖酶及淀粉酶活性(P<0.05),增加粪便含水量与排便次数;寒邪侵袭显著升高了肠道蔗糖酶活性(P<0.05),降低了肠道黏膜FDA,增加粪便含水量与排便次数;湿邪侵袭显著降低了肠道内容物淀粉酶、蔗糖酶活性及微生物活度(P<0.05),降低了小鼠摄食量。结论 三种外感邪气中,寒湿兼邪抑制小鼠肠道黏膜及内容物酶活性最显著,阻碍脾主运化功能、损伤卫阳症状最显著;寒邪仅次于寒湿兼邪;湿邪损伤脾主运化的症状不显著。
Objective To explore the difference of spleen's main transport and transformation function damaged by cold evil,dampness evil and both cold and dampness evil from intestinal microecological mechanism.Methods In our study,artificial cli⁃mate box was used to simulate the invasion of male Kunming mice by cold and dampness,cold and dampness for 7 days,and then the intestinal digestive enzyme activity(amylase,protease,lactase,sucrase)and microbial activity were detected.Results The results showed that the invasion of cold and dampness pathogens significantly reduced the thymus index(P<0.05),and signifi⁃cantly decreased intestinal microbial activity,lactase activity,protease and amylase activity(P<0.05),increased fecal water content and defecation times.Cold pathogens invasion increased the activity of sucrase in intestinal tract(P<0.05),decreased the FDA of intestinal mucosa,and increased the water content of feces and defecation times.Wet pathogens invasion reduced the digestive enzyme activity and microbial activity level of small intestine contents,and reduced the food intake of mice,but all of them lacked statistical significance.Conclusion Among the three exogenous pathogens,cold and dampness pathogens inhibited the enzyme activity of intestinal mucosa and contents of mice most significantly,and hindered the digestion and absorption function of spleen and damaged the symptoms of defending Qi/Yang most significantly.Cold pathogens is second only to both cold and dampness;wet pathogens causes stagnation of spleen-Qi,and the symptoms of spleen-Yang damage are not significant.
