摘要
对冷轧无取向高牌号硅钢带钢表面成品出现的气泡缺陷进行研究,气泡发生比例为15.32%,严重影响无取向高牌号电工钢合格率。通过表面宏观形貌及微观电镜分析,结合生产线上表面检测仪的分析结果,发现这种气泡缺陷发生于炼钢工序中,且在铸坯过程中气体未能全部析出。因此,需要对炼钢工序进行优化,减少吹氢量,增加电磁搅拌,减少气泡在带钢中部的残留。工艺优化后气泡发生比例降至0.2%。
A study was conducted on the blowhole defects on the surface of cold rolled non-oriented high grade silicon steel strips.The occurrence rate of blowhole was 15.32%,which seriously affected the qualification rate of non-oriented high grade electrical steel.Through analysis and research on the surface macroscopic and microscopic states,combined with results from production line surface detectors,it is shown that blowhole defects occurred in the steelmaking process.The incomplete gas precipitation during the casting process is the main reason for the formation of blowholes on the surface of non-oriented high grade electrical steel.It is necessary to optimize the steelmaking process,reduce the amount of hydrogen blowing,increase electromagnetic stirring,and reduce the residual blowholes in the strip steel.Through optimization,the proportion of blowhole occurrence became 0.2%.And blowhole defects are effectively controlled.
