基于导流式干雾技术的皮带机驱动站无尘化改造设计

摘要 某码头BM皮带机驱动站原有干雾抑尘系统存在用水量大、降尘效率低、二次污染等缺点,无法保障BM皮带机降尘作业。设计一种导流式干雾抑尘系统,给出了射雾器、保温控制箱、自动控制技术要点。该系统采用干雾喷洒上游皮带方式,可实现BM皮带机驱动站作业的无尘化。 The original dry mist dust suppression system of a terminal BM belt conveyor drive station has the disadvantages of large water consumption,low dust suppression efficiency and secondary pollution,which cannot guarantee the dust suppression operation of BM belt conveyor.A diversion dry mist dust suppression system is designed,the technical keys of fog shooter,insulation control box and automatic control are given.The system adopts the method that dry mist is sprayed on upstream belt,which can realize the dust-free operation of BM belt conveyor in drive station.
