摘要
以某高速铁路路基无砟轨道沉降及偏移引发的轨面高程超限问题为例,对病害产生的原因进行分析,确定此处路基沉降不是由基底地基引起,而是由路基本体沉降引起的;从病害类型、发生区段、沉降量大小等角度出发,总结出综合整治技术;采用“路基注浆加固+机械切割纠偏+注胶抬升”的整治手段,解决该段路基无砟轨道沉降及偏移问题。
Taking the rail surface elevation overrun problem caused by the settlement and deviation of ballastless track of a high-speed railway subgrade as an example,the causes of the damage are analyzed to determine that the subgrade settlement is not caused by the base foundation,but by the settlement of the subgrade itself.Then,comprehensive treatment technologies are summarized from the point of view of disease type,occurrence section and settlement amount.Using the remediation means of"subgrade grouting reinforcement+mechanical cutting correction+glue injection lifting",the settlement and deviation of the ballastless track subgrade are solved.
