摘要
本文从产量和区域角度对我国特色淡水鱼养殖产业的现状进行了概述,通过收集各类官方数据,运用资源禀赋系数等四项指标分析罗非鱼、鳗鱼、鮰鱼、鲑鳟以及鲟鱼5类出口品种的国际竞争力。结果表明我国特色淡水鱼产量处于缓慢增长的阶段,产量最大的品种是罗非鱼,产量最大的省份是广东省,2016-2018年我国特色淡水鱼养殖产量出现相对较大的波动;罗非鱼、鳗鱼、鮰鱼以及鲟鱼具有资源比较优势;罗非鱼、鳗鱼的国际市场占有率较高;罗非鱼、鳗鱼、鲑鳟(淡水)以及鲟鱼属于出口主导型养殖产业,外贸竞争力强;我国特色淡水鱼产业2012-2020年的资源禀赋系数均大于1,国际市场占有率平均达到33.85%,贸易竞争力指数平均达到0.88,显示性比较优势指数平均达到2.73,说明我国特色淡水鱼产业具有较强的国际竞争力。
This paper provides an overview of the current situation of China's characteristic freshwater fish farming industry from the perspectives of production and region.By collecting various official data and using four indicators such as resource endowment coefficient,the international competitiveness of five export varieties of tilapia,eel,channel fish,salmon trout,and sturgeon is analyzed.The results showed that the production of the China’s characteristic freshwater fish is in the stage of slow growth.The most productive species is Tilapia,and the most productive province is Guangdong Province.From 2016 to 2018,the production of the characteristic freshwater fish in China has relatively large fluctuations.Tilapia,eel,channel catfish and sturgeon have comparative advantages in resources.The international market share of tilapia and eel is higher.Tilapia,eel,salmon trout and sturgeon are export-oriented aquaculture industries,with strong foreign trade competitiveness.From 2012 to 2020,the resource of China's characteristic freshwater fish industry are all greater than 1,the international market share reaches 33.85%on average,the trade competitiveness index reaches 0.88 on average,and the comparative advantage index reaches 2.73 on average.This indicated that Chinese characteristic freshwater fish industry has strong international competitiveness.
