摘要
中医药是中华民族千百年流传下来的文化瑰宝,其中不仅承载着中国古代人民在抗击疾病所积累的理论知识和实践经验,还蕴含着丰富的中华民族哲学思想。随着现代科技水平的不断提高,中医药逐渐走上了现代化发展的道路。此文主要是从唯物辩证法的角度,系统阐释马克思主义辩证法与中医药文化的联系,展示了中医药理论知识中所蕴含的辩证法,分析了中医药当代发展的现状,探讨了中医药在继承和发展中所遇到的问题,阐明了马克思主义辩证法在当代中医药发展过程中具有重要的指导作用。在中医药的发展过程中,既要用辩证的眼光,摒弃“糟粕”,继承和发扬中医药精华,保持中医药的优势和特色,又要用现代科技提升自身的上升空间,坚持传承与创新发展的辩证统一。
Traditional Chinese medicine is a cultural treasure handed down by the Chinese nation for thousands of years.It not only carries the theoretical knowledge and practical experience accumulated by the ancient Chinese people in fighting against diseases,but also contains rich philosophical thoughts of the Chinese nation.With the continuous improvement of modern science and technology,traditional Chinese medicine has gradually embarked on the road of modernization.From the perspective of materialist dialectics,this paper systematically explains the connection between Marxist dialectics and traditional Chinese medicine culture,demonstrates the dialectics contained in the theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,analyzes the current situation of the contemporary development of traditional Chinese medicine,and discusses the problems encountered in the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper expounds that Marxist dialectics plays an important guiding role in the development of contemporary Chinese medicine.In the development of traditional Chinese medicine,we should adopt a dialectical view,discard the“dregs”,inherit and carry forward the essence of traditional Chinese medicine,and maintain its advantages and characteristics.At the same time,we should use modern science and technology to enhance our own room for advancement,and adhere to the dialectical unity of inheritance and innovative development.
