摘要
“双带头人”培育工程是加强公立医院党的建设的重要举措。医院持续推进“双带头人”培育工程,通过“双带”立标、“双育”协同、“双线”激励、“双创”并进等措施,深入优化支部设置、完善激励机制、提升干部素养、促进作用发挥,推进医院党务业务融合共促,为新时期加强公立医院党的建设提供了经验借鉴。
The cultivation project of“double leaders”is an important measure to strengthen the Party building in public hospitals.The hospital continued to promote the cultivation project of“double leaders”.Through such measures as“double leading”,“double education”coordination,“double line”incentives,and“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,the hospital further optimized the branch setting,improved the incentive mechanism,improved the quality of cadres,and played a role in promoting the integration of hospital party affairs and business,providing experience for strengthening the Party building in public hospitals in the new era.
