摘要
当今生命科学与医学的飞速发展很大程度得益于模式动物可以模拟人体的生理和病理特征。小动物活体光学成像系统作为生物医学和生药学领域的重要研究手段,利用灵敏的光学检测技术,能够对生物体内的细胞/基因行为进行实时、无创监测,对疾病的发生发展、临床诊疗及药物研发具有重要指导价值。“十四五”规划伊始,基础科学研究面临新需求,挑战与机遇并存。以南京大学医药生物技术全国重点实验室配备的小动物活体光学成像系统为例,结合社会发展新形势和疫情防控常态化的现状,首次从仪器使用和仪器管理两方面进行综合性阐述,以期对高校仪器平台中该类仪器的高效利用和规范管理提供新思路。
Nowadays,the rapid development of life science and medicine is largely benefit from the fact that experimental animal models can simulate the physiological and pathological features of human body.As an important research instrument,in vivo optical imaging system for small animalsplays a prominent role in the field of biomedicine and pharmacognosy.Via using sensitive optical detection technology,relevant cell/gene behaviors in living organisms can be monitored in real-time and non-invasively,which possesses conducive significance for the occurrence and development of diseases,clinical therapy and drug discovery.At the primary stage of"The Fourteenth Five-Year Plan",fundamental scientific research is facing new requirements with both opportunities and challenges.Herein,taking the in vivo optical imaging system equipped in the State Key Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology as an example,a comprehensive exposition has been made from both the utilization and management of the instrument for the first time.Under the current situation,the study hopes to provide new insights for the effective utilization and standardized management of the above instruments in many other colleges and universities.
