摘要
催化裂化柴油(催化柴油)改质装置设计压力高,催化剂活性好,产品质量调整范围大,原设计生产满足LTAG(催化柴油选择性加氢-催化裂化组合生产高辛烷值汽油或轻质芳烃)装置催化裂化单元要求的加氢柴油组分。对装置进行了核算并完善了少量流程,增加了生产低硫轻质船用燃料油(船燃)和车用柴油的流程。通过调整装置进料配比和反应系统操作参数、加注少量助剂,生产出合格的低硫轻质船燃(炉用燃料油)和车用柴油产品。装置功能得到了较大的提升,增加了企业生产低硫船燃和车用柴油的能力,在保持成品油生产优势的基础上,向油转特方向迈进,增强了企业竞争力。
The catalytic cracking diesel upgrading unit has high design pressure, high catalyst activity and large product adjustment range, originally designed to produce hydrogenated diesel components that meet the requirements of the catalytic cracking unit of the LTAG unit. By accounting for the unit and adding a small number of processes, the processes for producing low sulfur marine fuel oil and vehicle diesel have been added. By adjusting the feedstock and the operating parameters of reaction system of the unit and adding a small amount of additives, qualified low sulfur light marine fuel and vehicle diesel products are produced. The function of the device has been greatly improved, increase the ability of enterprise to produce low sulfur marine fuel and vehicle diesel. On the basis of maintaining the advantages of product oil production, it has moved towards the direction of special oil products, which has enhanced the competitiveness of the enterprise.
