摘要
针对某装配式工业厂房项目,提出了可行的四个结构方案,分别为钢管混凝土柱+钢梁+空心板(方案一)、预制柱+叠合梁+空心板(方案二)、预制柱+现浇梁+叠合板(方案三)和现浇柱+现浇梁+空心板(方案四),通过对四个结构方案的设计合理性、施工和造价等方面进行了较为全面的分析,最终确定方案二为实施方案。
This paper proposed four feasible structural schemes according to a prefabricated industrial factory building project,namely steel tube concrete column+hollow slab(Scheme 1),prefabricated column+composite beam+hollow slab(Scheme 2),prefabricated column+cast-in-place beam+composite slab(Scheme 3),and cast-in-place column+cast-in-place beam+hollow slab(Scheme 4),through the comprehensive analysis on the design rationality,construction,cost and other aspects of the four structural schemes,finally determined the Scheme 2 was the implementation scheme.
