摘要
随着我国渔业由传统粗放式发展向绿色发展方式转变,其对资金、保险等金融资源的需求也日益强烈。作为产业发展重要推动力,金融对我国渔业绿色发展具有重要作用,而渔业绿色发展的金融支持效率则是衡量金融对渔业绿色发展程度的重要指标。以2007-2017年我国30个省份的渔业为研究对象,基于渔业绿色发展,从金融支持效率角度分析渔业绿色发展的金融支持情况及其影响因素,得出以下结论:(1)我国渔业绿色发展的综合金融支持效率整体处于无效状态;2007-2017年间渔业绿色发展的金融支持全要素生产率受技术效率和技术进步的共同影响,但技术进步的影响具有滞后性。(2)金融市场发展规模、渔业产业重要程度和地区经济结构均与渔业绿色发展的金融支持效率呈负相关,金融市场资金运行效率、保险密度、保险深度、渔业对外开放水平及政府干预力度指标与金融支持渔业绿色发展效率均呈正相关。
With the transformation of China's fishery from the traditional extensive development mode to the green development mode,its demand for financial resources such as capital and insurance is increasingly strong.As an important driving force of industrial development,finance plays an important role in the green development of China's fisheries,and the efficiency of financial support for the green development of fisheries is an important indicator to measure the degree of financial support for the green development of fisheries.Based on the 2007-2017 of China's 30 provinces and municipalities except Tibet fishery as the research object,based on the green development of fisheries,from the perspectives of financial support efficiency fishery green financial support to the development of the situation and influential factors,the following conclusions:(1)China's 30 provinces,cities and the static efficiency of the financial support of green fishery development invalid state,but showed a trend of rising;From 2007 to 2017,the financial support efficiency of fishery green development in provinces and cities showed a year-on-year decline,and the main reason for the decline was the change efficiency of financial support technology for fishery green development.(2)Financial market development scale,the fisheries industry important degree and three regional economic structure and the development of the fishery green negatively related financial support efficiency,financial market running efficiency of funds,insurance density,insurance depth,fishing opening level and government intervention was a positive correlation with financial support the development of the fishery green efficiency relations.
