摘要
针对武钢炼钢厂板坯热送中存在的下线铸坯处理效率低、生产计划难以协调、设备异常影响进度和物流运转效率低下的问题,采用拟定下线铸坯处理方法、优化钢厂日常生产计划、制定连铸设备管理制度等四项热送管理措施,在实践中总结出了“算得精、分得细、管得实”的管控方法,取得显著的效果。
In order to solve the problems of low processing efficiency,difficult coordination of production plan,process lag due to equipment failure and low efficiency of logistics operation,four heat delivery management measures were adopted,namely,working out processing method of casting slabs,optimizing daily production plan of steel mill and developing continuous casting equipment management system.In practice,the management and control method of“fine calculation,fine division and practical management”has been summarized,and remarkable results have been achieved.
