摘要
为有效解决超大型集装箱船中波激振动或砰击颤振引起的船体疲劳强度和极限强度问题,丰富相关实船验证数据,采用考虑波激振动和砰击颤振水弹性效应的船体结构安全监测系统对船舶的结构安全进行监测。在某超大型集装箱船上的重要结构处和敏感部位合理布点,对应力、加速度和波浪等参数进行融合,对可能遇到的超阈值的结构应力等提供预警和辅助决策,规避船舶航行过程中人为决策失误引发的风险,增强船体结构的风险预防能力,提升船舶运营的安全性。通过对实船监测的数据进行回归,开展实船波激振动分析,为后续超大型船水弹性效应研究提供参考。
In order to anticipate springing or whipping driving hull into the limit of the fatigue strength and ultimate strength in mega container ships and,meantime,enrich the relevant full scale ship data,a hull structural safety monitoring system considering the hydro-elastic effect of springing and whipping is proposed to monitor the structural safety of the ship.The application of the system on the mega container ship is introduced.By reasonably setting sensing points in the main structure and other relevant parts of the ship,and fusing the parameters of stress,acceleration and waves,it can provide early warning in case the structural stress is tend to beyond the threshold value,and can assist in decision making to avoid the risks caused by human decision errors during navigation.Springing vibration analysis of the monitoring data from the full-scale ship is carried out to provide reference for researches on the hydro-elastic effect of mega ships.
