摘要
在介绍卸荷阀过载保护原理的基础上,构建了一套过载保护用卸荷阀性能试验方案,设计了试验系统的液压原理图,开发了基于LabVIEW的全自动卸荷阀性能检测系统,可对卸荷阀的增压比、内泄漏、卸荷压力性能进行检测,满足该卸荷阀的型式试验要求。
Based on the introduction of the overload protection principle of the unloading valve,a set of performance test scheme of the unloading valve for overload protection is constructed,the hydraulic schematic diagram of the test system is designed in this paper,and the full-automatic unloading valve performance test system based on LabVIEW is developed,which can test the pressure ratio,internal leakage,unloading pressure and other performances of the unloading valve,and meet the type test requirements of the unloading valve.
