摘要
为解决枢纽互通、服务区和收费站等组合设置的复合式互通立交,在复杂交通环境下合流区交通组织混乱、匝道车辆排队溢出至主线影响行车安全等问题,通过分析其运行特征,提出了高速公路复合式互通入口多匝道与收费站放行流量协同联动控制策略。根据交通状态估计结果,动态优化复合式互通入口匝道调节率和收费站放行流量,使从匝道汇入主线的交通需求与主线剩余通行能力和各匝道排队容量相匹配,以保证复合式互通整体通行效益最优。结合G20青银高速公路淄博立交和淄博服务区组成的复合式互通应用案例,确定系统设备在实际情况下的布设位置及设置依据,给出各系统设备使用功能及标志版面显示内容。研究成果可直接应用于高速公路复合式互通精细化运营管控。
Regarding the compound interchange that incorporating hub interchange, service area and toll station, in order to solve the problems of chaotic traffic organization in the junction area and the overflow of the ramp vehicles to the main line affecting the driving safety, a collaborative linkage control strategy of multi-ramp and toll station release flow at the expressway compound interchange entrance is proposed.According to the result of traffic state estimation, the adjustment rate of on-ramp and the release flow of toll station are optimized dynamically, so that the traffic demand from on-ramp to main line is matched with the remaining capacity of main line and the queuing capacity of all ramps, so as to ensure the optimal overall traffic benefit of compound interchange.Combined with the compound interchange application case of the Zibo Interchange and Zibo Service Area of the G20 Qingdao-Yinchuan Expressway, the layout position and setting basis of system equipment under actual conditions are determined, and the use function of each system equipment and the display content of marking are given.The research results can be directly applied to the refined operation management of expressway compound interchange.
