摘要
本文根据2011—2020年我国31个省区市的面板数据,采用中介效应模型实证分析数字基础设施建设、科技创新对工业企业绿色发展的影响。研究发现:数字基础设施建设通过直接效应减少污染物排放,显著促进工业企业绿色发展;科技创新对工业企业绿色发展影响的中介效应显著。此外,产业结构、环境管制和经济发展对工业企业绿色发展具有正向作用,而城镇化则对工业企业绿色发展整体呈现出显著的负向作用。在区域异质性方面,东部地区数字基础设施建设对工业企业绿色发展的积极影响高于中部、西部和东北地区。根据研究结论,本文提出应进一步扩大数字基础设施的覆盖范围、推进数字基础设施节能提效、优化数字基础设施建设环境,以扩大数字基础设施建设对工业企业绿色发展的积极影响;同时通过推进科技创新,进一步发挥数字基础设施建设对工业企业绿色发展的促进作用的对策建议。
This paper is based on panel data of China′s 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities from 2011 to 2020,a mediation effect model was used to empirically analyze the impact of digital infrastructure construction,scientific and technological innovation on the green development of industrial enterprises.The results show that digital infrastructure construction reduces pollutant emissions through direct effect and significantly promote the green development of industrial enterprises.Scientific and technological innovation has a significant mediation effect on the green development of industrial enterprises.In addition,industrial structure,environmental control and economic development have a positive effect on the green development of industrial enterprises,while urbanization demonstrates a significant negative effect on the overall green development of industrial enterprises.In terms of regional heterogeneity,the positive impact of digital infrastructure construction on the green development of industrial enterprises is higher in eastern China than in central,western and north-eastern China.According to the research conclusions,this paper proposes that the positive impact of digital infrastructure construction on the green development of industrial enterprises should be strengthened by further expanding the coverage of digital infrastructure,promoting energy saving and efficiency of digital infrastructure,and optimizing the construction environment of digital infrastructure.At the same time,through the promotion of scientific and technological innovation,digital infrastructure construction should give full play to its role in promoting the green development of industrial enterprises.
