发射车液压油缸应力分析与弱磁损伤探测技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 调平液压油缸是某型发射车的主要承力部件,探测其结构损伤对确保装备安全具有重要意义。首先对调平油缸受力进行了分析,作为有限元仿真的力学输入,然后建立了三维结构模型,进行了有限元仿真,获取了油缸受力云图,确定了损伤薄弱部位。最后针对油缸结构特点,设计了阵列式弱磁探测设备,并进行了ANSYS磁场仿真。仿真结果表明,阵列式弱磁损伤探测设备能够有效检测出油缸内部缺陷位置和大小。 A leveled hydraulic cylinder is the main bearing part of a missile launching vehicle.Detecting its structural damage is of great significance to ensure safety of the equipment.Stress analysis of the hydraulic cylinder is firstly conducted as the mechanical input of the finite element simulation.Then,a three-dimensional structure model is established to carry out the finite element simulation of the hydraulic cylinder to obtain the stress nephogram and determine the vulnerable parts of damage.Finally,the array weak magnetic detection equipment is designed based on cylinder characteristics and the ANSYS magnetic field simulation is carried out.The simulation results show that the designed equipment can effectively detect the location and size of the cylinder internal defects.
