我国矿业经济发展与生态保护现状及对策建议 被引量:2

Present situation and countermeasures of mining economic development and ecological protection in China

摘要 当前,我国正处于新型工业化时期,经济飞速发展和矿产资源大量开发,给生态环境造成了负担,如地质灾害、水土污染、大气污染、固体废弃物、土地占用损毁等问题,生态环境污染和失衡形式严峻,生态治理压力不断增大。本文通过阐述生态环境保护的重要性,提出矿业经济发展走矿产开发与生态环境相互协调发展之路尤为必要:一是加快发展循环经济,推进节能减排;二是重视环境评估和保护区评价;三是多渠道开展环境治理,加快生态修复。经济发展和环境保护不是对立的,二者都是实现国家经济发展和满足人民对美好生活向往的客观需要。只有构建与生态环境协调发展的绿色矿业经济,实现我国经济效益和生态效益的和谐统一,才能实现中华民族永续发展。 At present, China is in the new industrialization period.The rapid economic development and substantial development of mineral resources have caused a burden to the ecological environment, such as geological disaster, soil and water pollution, air pollution, solid waste problem, land occupation and destruction and other issues.This paper expounds the importance of ecological environment protection, and puts forward that it is particularly necessary for mining economy development to take the road of coordinated development between mineral exploitation and ecological environment.Firstly, to accelerate the development of circular economy and promote energy conservation and emission reduction.Secondly, to attach importance to environmental assessment and evaluation of protected areas.Thirdly, to improve the environment through multiple channels and speed up ecological restoration.Economic development and environmental protection are not opposites.They are the objective needs of achieving national economic development and meeting people’s aspirations for a better life.Only by building a green mining economy that develops in harmony with the ecological environment and realizing the harmonious unity of economic and ecological benefits, can we realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.
