摘要
随着国际环境的不断变化,关于发展中国家吸引人才回流议题的研究呈现出越来越高的研究价值。本研究将前人的理论视角进行了融合,提出了新的分析海外人才回流意愿的理论框架。通过对374个样本的分析,研究发现:家庭和国籍因素对海外人才回流意愿有显著影响;东道国人才生态环境对海外人才回流意愿有显著负向影响,原籍国人才生态环境对海外人才回流意愿有显著正向影响;人才成长预期在东道国人才生态环境对海外人才回流意愿的影响中发挥中介作用,感知机会在原籍国人才生态环境对海外人才回流意愿的影响中发挥中介作用;家庭和国籍因素在各潜在变量对海外人才回流意愿的影响中起到调节作用。本研究丰富了海外人才回流意愿影响因素研究的理论维度,探讨了各因素的影响机制,为我国进一步吸引海外人才回流提供了理论依据及政策启示。
With constant change of the international environment, the research on the issue of attracting talents’ backflow to developing countries has become more and more valuable. This thesis integrates previous theoretical perspectives and puts forward a new theoretical framework for analyzing the willingness of overseas talents’ backflow. Through the analysis of 374 samples, it is found that family and nationality factors play significant roles in the willingness of overseas talents’ backflow;there is prominently negative impact on the willingness of overseas talents’ backflow concerning the host country’s talent ecological environment, while this very environment of native country significantly impact on such willingness in a positive way. Talent growth expectation and perceived opportunity play as the intermediary role in the impact on the willingness of overseas talents’ backflow by the ecological system of host country and native country respectively. Family and nationality factors moderate the impact of potential variables on the willingness of overseas talents’ backflow. This thesis enriches the theoretical dimension of the research on the influencing factors of overseas talents’ backflow willingness, discusses the influencing mechanism by each factor, and provides a theoretical basis and policy enlightenment for China to better attract overseas talents’ backflow.
