公轨双层混建高低塔斜拉桥静载试验 被引量:3

摘要 为研究公轨两用高低塔钢桁梁斜拉桥公路及人群荷载作用下的受力规律,以红岩村嘉陵江大桥为实例,采用荷载试验的方法对其进行验证,提出了高低塔双层钢桁梁斜拉桥的静载试验布载方式和加载效率范围,在下层桥面采用布设水袋的方式模拟成桥状态,总结了该类桥型在试验荷载作用下的主梁应力、斜拉索力、主塔应力及各项变位等参数的校验系数范围、试验测试及理论计算数据变化规律。结果表明:1)该桥受力性能满足公路活载及人群荷载的正常使用要求;2)高低塔斜拉桥应变控制截面位于无索区中部,挠度控制截面位于主跨跨中,矮塔纵向受力大于高塔。其试验方式及结果可供同类桥梁荷载试验参考。 In order to study the stress performance of rail-cum-road steel truss cable-stayed bridge with high and low pylons under the action of highway and crowd loads,load test was used for verification,taking the Hongyancun Jialing River bridge as an example.In this paper,the static loading mode and loading efficiency range of double deck steel truss cable-stayed bridge with high and low pylons were proposed.The bridge statewas simulated by setting water bag on the lower deck.And the calibration coefficient range and test&theoretical calculation data change rules of the main beam stress,stay cable force,main tower stress and various displacement parameters of the bridge under test load were summarized.The results show that:1)Stress performance of this bridge meets the requirements for highway live load and crowd load;2)The strain control section of high and low pylons cable-stayed bridge is located in the middle of the cable-free zone,and the deflection control section is located in the middle of the main span,and the longitudinal stress of the short tower is greater than that of the tall tower.The test methods and results can be used as reference for load test of similar Bridges.
