摘要
垂直型管链机因结构简单、布置灵活、封闭输送等特点,在精细化工、轻工、建材、粮食加工等领域得到了广泛应用,但在运行过程中很容易造成脱链。介绍了一种带拉紧装置的垂直管链输送机的结构和特点,重点介绍了拉紧装置的结构及特点,阐述了其工作原理及防止脱链的关键因素。
With the characteristics of simple structure,flexible arrangement and closed transportation,vertical pipe chain conveyor has been widely used in fine chemical industry,light industry,construction materials,grain processing and other fields.Nevertheless,it is easy to cause off chain in the process of operation.The structure and characteristics of a vertical pipe chain conveyor with tensioning device are introduced.Focusing on the structure and charac⁃teristics of the tensioning device,the working principle and the key factors to prevent off chain are elaborated.
