水污染事故快速溯源方法及应急监测网络优化布设

摘要 水污染事故的快速溯源方法研究对制定科学有效的应急处置方案具有重要意义。通过对二维河流对流扩散连续源积分模型进行逆向推导,提出了一种河流水污染事故的快速溯源方法。该溯源方法构建了两点和四点对称应急监测网络的布设方式。通过构建的应急监测网络来监测和计算目标污染物浓度在空间和时间域上的差分值,进而得到事故污染源的位置、排放时间和排放强度等信息,计算分析了应急监测网络在不同的布设参数下污染源设计值与溯源计算值的相对误差。将瑞安市环城河马屿镇段作为实际研究对象,表明该溯源方法可提高对水污染源事件的应急响应能力,有效并快速地为污染处理提供科学的理论依据。 The method research on rapid traceability of water pollution incidents is of great significance to the establishment of scientific and effective emergency disposal scheme.A rapid traceability method for water pollution is put forward by the reverse solving of two-dimensional advection-diffusion continuous source integral model,which constructs a two-point or four-point symmetry emergency monitoring network layout.By constructing the emergency monitoring network to monitor and calculate target pollutants concentration in space and time domain on the bad score,the information as the location of pollution sources,discharge time and intensity is obtained.The relative error between the pollution sources design value and traceability calculated value of the emergency monitoring network under different setting parameters is analyzed.Based on the real case of MaYuzhen Section of Huancheng River in Rui'an,the research shows that traceability method can improve the emergency response to water pollution incidents,offering effective and scientific theoretical basis for pollution treatment.
