摘要
随着全球工业发展和科技的进步,能源消耗越来越大,全球能源危机日益紧迫,作为国家战略,把中国汽车产业做大做强承载着缓解能源和环境压力、培育新的经济增长点、实现可持续发展等多重战略意义。当前,中国商用车已进入存量竞争时代,如何实现客户复购是未来业务增长的基础。从客户TCO价值分析来看,重卡车后价值是车前的10倍,轻卡车后是车前的6倍,汽车后市场业务市场潜力巨大,未来可期。随着智能化和电动化的深入发展,未来的商用车汽车应用方向将更贴近用户实际需求,满足用户的使用诉求,为用户创造更多的经济效益,这就需要对用户用车实际习惯和客观需求进行研究,并制定一定的验证方法,保证新车功能和性能更适应用户的要求。本文从模拟用户需求出发,结合目标用户感知,来对实车相关试验方法进行研究,从而制定一套符合大众需求的试验验证方法。
With the development of global industry and the advancement of science and technology,energy consumption is increasing,and the global energy crisis is becoming more and more urgent.As a national strategy,making China’s auto industry bigger and stronger bears the burden of relieving energy and environmental pressure and cultivating new economic growth.It has multiple strategic significances such as long-term development and sustainable development.At present,China’s commercial vehicles have entered the era of stock competition,and how to achieve customer repurchase is the basis for future business growth.From the analysis of the customer’s TCO value,the rear value of heavy trucks is 10 times that of the front,and the rear of light trucks is 6 times that of the front.The market potential of the automotive aftermarket business is huge and the future can be expected.With the in-depth development of intelligence and electrification,the future application direction of commercial vehicles will be closer to the actual needs of users,meet users’ demands for use,and create more economic benefits for users.Objective requirements are studied,and certain verification methods are formulated to ensure that the functions and performance of the new car are more suitable for users’ requirements.Starting from the simulated user needs,combined with the perception of target users,this paper studies the relevant test methods of real vehicles,so as to formulate a set of test verification methods that meet the needs of the public.
