摘要
目的:探究特质焦虑对就业压力的影响,建构一个有中介的调节模型,着力研究消极应对和实习经历在两者关系中所起的作用。方法:使用大学生就业压力问卷、特质焦虑量表、简易应对方式问卷对618名大学生进行检测。结果显示:(1)特质焦虑、就业压力与消极应对两两之间显著正相关;(2)特质焦虑不仅直接影响大学生就业压力,还通过消极应对的中介作用间接影响大学生就业压力;(3)实习经历在特质焦虑对就业压力的影响中起调节作用,相较于有实习经历的大学生,特质焦虑对没有实习经历大学生就业压力影响的作用更大。结论:大学生的特质焦虑、消极应对均对其就业压力产生影响;实习经历是特质焦虑影响大学生就业压力的干扰性因素。
Objective:To explore the impact of trait anxiety on job-hunting stress and the role of negative coping and internship experience in the relationship between them.Methods:618 college students were investigated by Job-Hunting Stress of College students Questionnaire,Trait Anxiety Inventory and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ).Results:(1)There was a significant positive correlation between trait anxiety,job-hunting stress and negative coping.(2)Trait anxiety not only directly affects job-hunting stress,but also indirectly affects job-hunting stress through the intermediary effect of negative coping.(3)Internship experience plays a regulatory role in the impact of trait anxiety on job-hunting stress.Compared with college students possessing internship experience,trait anxiety has a greater impact on job-hunting stress without internship experience.Conclusion:College Students'trait anxiety and negative coping have an impact on their job-hunting stress;Internship experience is a disturbing factor of trait anxiety affecting job-hunting stress of college students.
