摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有深厚的历史渊源和丰富的时代价值,存在着公民、各民族、中华民族三个维度的制约因素。以“个体—群体—整体”为分析框架可以看出:公民对于其身份能否具有明确认知,其实质在于对隶属中华民族一员的“自我”是否认同;各民族交往是否遵行共性的交往准则,其核心的取决于能否对统一社会交往规则的认同;中华民族文化的教育推进最根本的在于全体中华儿女能否铸牢五千年文明古国的国家认同。为此,需要以“人”为研究基点,着眼于“认同”的视域,在个体身份的培育、制度功能的发挥、文化教育的整体推进三个层面进行对策建构,不断完善中华民族共同体意识的铸牢路径。
Forging a sense of community of the Chinese nation has a profound historical ori⁃gins and rich values of the times,and there are also constraints from three dimensions:citizens,var⁃ious ethnic groups,and the Chinese nation.Based on the analysis framework of"individual-group whole",it can be inferred that:whether citizens have a clear understanding of their identity de⁃pends on whether they identify with the"self"that belongs to a member of the Chinese nation;the core of the rules of communication depends on whether they can identify with the unified rules of social communication;the most fundamental thing for the advancement of Chinese national culture education is whether all the Chinese citizens can forge the national identity of a 5000 years of an ancient civilization.Therefore,it is necessary to take"people"as the research basis and focus on the perspective of"identity",and construct the countermeasures at the following three levels:the cul⁃tivation of individual identity;the exertion of institutional function;and the overall promotion of cul⁃ture education,and constantly improve the community awareness of the Chinese nation.
