摘要
通过水溶液法将Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)负载到丙烯酸(AA)-丙烯酰胺(AM)-对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)三元共聚水凝胶上,制备了具有高吸附能力的磁性水凝胶P(AA/AM/SSS)/Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱,X射线衍射光谱,拉曼光谱和比表面孔径分析表征了磁性水凝胶的微观结构。该磁性水凝胶平均孔径3.1 nm,属于介孔材料,且具有较好的热稳定性。吸附性能研究发现其对重金属离子Pb^(2+),Cu^(2+),Co^(2+),Cd^(2+)和Ni^(2+)均显示出较高的去除率,其中对Pb;表现出优异的选择性,最大吸附量为497 mg/g。吸附动力学研究表明,吸附过程遵循拟二级动力学模型。再生实验发现该水凝胶经过7次吸附-解吸循环后,磁性水凝胶饱和吸附容量仍保持在265 mg/g。
The Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)was loaded on acrylic acid(AA)-acrylamide(AM)-sodium p-styrene sulfonate(SSS) terpolymer hydrogel via aqueous solution method to prepare a magnetic hydrogel P(AA/AM/SSS)/Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)with high adsorption capacity.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray powder diffraction,Raman spectroscopy and BET were used to characterize the microstructure of the magnetic hydrogel.The average diameter of the material pore is 3.1 nm,which belongs to mesoporous material,owning favourable thermal stability.Adsorption assays indicated the magnetic hydrogel possesses a high removal rate toward Pb^(2+),Cu^(2+),Co^(2+),Cd^(2+)and Ni^(2+).Especially for Pb;,the maximum absorbing capacity achieved 497 mg/g,suggesting a nexcellent selectivity.The adsorption kinetics study showed that the adsorption process follows the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.Additionally,in the regeneration assays,the saturated adsorption capacity of the magnetic hydrogel remained 265 mg/g after 7 sorption-desorption cycles,indicating a good regeneration ability of this hydrogel.
