摘要
通过化学蚀刻的方法,将燃煤电厂产生的粉煤灰空心颗粒微珠进行化学处理,得到一种新型内养护剂多孔空心微珠,对高性能混凝土实施内养护。结果表明,多孔空心微珠的吸水率可达120%,在较低的养护湿度环境下,内养护水可以很容易从空心微珠中释放出来。在水泥砂浆中掺入5%多孔空心微珠饱水后进行内养护时,砂浆的自收缩现象基本消除,且7、28 d抗压强度相比基准组砂浆提高6%~16%。
In this paper,a new type of internal curing agent,porous hollow microspheres,was obtained by chemical etching of fly ash hollow particles produced by coal-fired power plant to conduct inner curing of high performance concrete.The water ab-sorption rate of porous hollow microspheres can reach 120%wt,and the internal curing water can be easily released from the hollow microspheres under low curing humidity.When 5% porous hollow beads are added into the cement mortar for internal curing,the autogenous shrinkage phenomenon of the mortar is basically eliminated,and the compressive strength at 7 d and 28 d is 6%~16%higher than that of the reference group.
