摘要
生态安全与乡村振兴相辅相成,和谐共生,良好的生态环境惠及民生福祉。通过研究现有关于生态安全与乡村振兴的理论基础,基于2010-2019年甘肃省统计数据,构建二者的综合评价指标并运用熵值法计算其权重及综合得分进行分析,最后计算二者的耦合协调度来反映其耦合协调关系。结果表明:2010-2019年,甘肃省乡村振兴水平综合得分一直保持良好的上升趋势;2010-2016年甘肃省生态安全综合水平得分波动上升,2017年开始下降且下降幅度较大。两系统耦合状态由最初濒临失调-勉强失调-初级协调-良好协调发展。目前两系统交替上升,但是增长势头减弱。因此,甘肃省依旧要以保护生态安全为首要,在此基础上推动乡村振兴,促进二者协调发展。
Ecological security and Rural Revitalization complement each other,coexist harmoniously,and a good ecological environment benefits people’s livelihood.By studying the existing theoretical basis of ecological security and rural revitalization,based on the statistical data of Gansu Province from 2010 to 2019,this paper constructs their comprehensive evaluation indexes,calculates their weight and comprehensive score by entropy method for analysis,and finally calculates their coupling coordination degree to reflect their coupling coordination relationship.The results show that from 2010 to 2019,the comprehensive score of Rural Revitalization level in Gansu Province has maintained a good upward trend;From 2010 to 2016,the score of comprehensive level of ecological security in Gansu Province fluctuated and increased,and began to decline in 2017,with a large decline.The coupling state of the two systems develops from initial verge of imbalance-reluctantly imbalance-primary coordination-good coordination.At present,the two systems rise alternately,but the growth momentum is weakened.Therefore,Gansu Province should still take the protection of ecological security as the first priority,on this basis,promote rural revitalization and promote the coordinated development of the two.
