摘要
水作为火力发电厂最重要的传热和换热介质,是电厂正常运转发电供热的必备要素,目前国内绝大部分电厂都采用反渗透技术来处理原水,以满足电站锅炉对水汽的高质量要求。反渗透具有得天独厚的优势,脱盐率效率高、环境污染小、成本相对较低、运行维护方便。然而,采用反渗透处理原水,必然会产生大量浓盐水。这些浓盐水如果处理不当会造成环境污染,破坏土壤和地下水水质。文章既针对反渗透浓水的水质特点,采取反渗透改造一级二段处理、二段反渗透浓水石灰预处理、沉降、碱处理、二次沉降、膜蒸馏、DT-RO处理的处理工艺,以达到反渗透浓水减量化的目标,再结合蒸发结晶技术和高级氧化的措施,可将浓盐水全部转化为中水和污泥,实现零排放。
As the most important heat transfer and heat exchange medium in thermal power plants, water is an essential element for power generation and heating in normal operation of power plants. At present, most domestic power plants use reverse osmosis technology to treat raw water to meet the high-quality requirements of power plant boilers for water vapor. Reverse osmosis has unique advantages, high desalination efficiency, low environmental pollution, relatively low cost and convenient operation and maintenance. However, using reverse osmosis to treat raw water will inevitably produce a large amount of concentrated brine.Improper treatment of these concentrated brine will cause environmental pollution and damage the quality of soil and groundwater.According to the water quality characteristics of reverse osmosis concentrated water, this paper adopts the treatment processes of reverse osmosis transformation, primary and secondary treatment, secondary reverse osmosis concentrated water lime pretreatment,sedimentation, alkali treatment, secondary sedimentation, membrane distillation and DT-RO treatment, so as to achieve the goal of reduction of reverse osmosis concentrated water, combined with evaporative crystallization technology and advanced oxidation measures, it can convert all concentrated brine into reclaimed water and sludge to realize zero discharge.
