摘要
科技的快速发展促使着中国经济迅速发展。中国经济能够快速发展固然很好,但是在发展过程中,却出现了不少的问题。其中最严重的问题就要属环境问题。环境污染严重,人类的生命安全也将受到影响。这其中最大的问题就是二氧化碳的排放,现在节能减排已经成为现如今我国目前最-需要解决的问题之一。本文就目前我国所实行的碳权交易机制进行深入的研究,分析其对我国电力行业发展的影响,并为我国碳权交易政策的实施提供合理建议,为之后我国碳权交易的实施提供理论依据和现实意义。
The rapid development of science and technology promotes the rapid development of China’s economy.Although China’s economy can develop rapidly,it is good,but in the process of development,many problems have appeared.The most serious problem is the environmental problem!Environmental pollution is serious,and human life safety will also be affected.The biggest problem among these is the emission of carbon dioxide.Energy conservation and emission reduction have now become one of the most important problems that need to be solved in our country.This article conducts in-depth research on the carbon trading mechanism currently implemented in my country,analyzes its impact on the development of my country’s power industry,and provides reasonable suggestions for the implementation of my country’s carbon trading policy,and provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent implementation of carbon trading in my country and practical significance.
