基于不同机型的玉米收获机升运器设计试验研究

摘要 为使玉米收获机升运器在大量玉米果穗喂入下能够快速、有序地实现最大化运输,解决升运时存在的果穗含杂和果穗损伤问题,设计了一种玉米收获机升运器。升运器运输方式确定为反转输送方式,果穗升运时进行受力分析确定刮板宽度,果穗脱离刮板后进行抛送运动分析确定果穗落入剥皮装置的竖直位移。4YZB-4C与4YZB-6A玉米收获机升运器因在果穗升运过程中常含有玉米断茎秆,以不同方式除杂(4YZB-4C机型带有动刀和风机除杂,4YZB-6A机型带有离心式风机和拉草辊除杂)为研究对象,以这两种升运器在卸料时果穗做斜抛运动出现的果穗损伤和除杂功能作为试验指标,自制试验台进行试验。结果表明:4YZB-6A型玉米收获机升运器带有离心式风机在除杂功能方面优于4YZB-4C型玉米收获机升运器,果穗损伤程度略高。 In order to solve the problem that the elevator of the corn harvester can realize the maximum transportation quickly and orderly when a large number of corn ears are fed,a corn harvester elevator is designed.Determine the reverse conveying mode according to the different transportation modes of the elevator,analyze the force of the ear during the conveying to determine the width of the scraper,and analyze the throwing motion after the ear is separated from the scraper to determine the vertical displacement of the ear falling into the peeling device.Then use 4YZB-4C and 4YZB-6A corn harvester elevators because they often contain broken corn stalks in the process of ear ascending,so they can be removed in different ways(4YZB-4C models have movable knives and fans to remove impurities,4YZB-Model 6A is equipped with centrifugal fan and pulling roller to remove impurities)as the research object.The ear damage and impurity removal function of the two different corn harvester elevators during the unloading of the ears are used as the test indicators.Carry out self-made test bench test.The test results show that the elevator of the 4YZB-6A corn harvester with centrifugal fan is better than the elevator of the 4YZB-4C corn harvester in terms of impurity removal,and the ear damage is slightly higher.
