摘要
目的:对我国新医改以来社区卫生服务中心医疗服务质量进行综合评价,为完善社区卫生服务质量管理提供政策建议。方法:采用因子分析法对反映社区卫生服务中心医疗服务质量的8项指标提取主因子,对各年份因子得分情况进行排序和评价。结果:从8个原始指标中提取出2个主因子,经旋转后因子积累方差贡献率为92.390%,提取效果较好。综合评价分析表明新医改以来我国社区卫生服务中心医疗服务质量整体有所提高。结论:因子分析法能够科学、公正、客观地对社区卫生服务中心的医疗服务质量进行综合评价。
Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the medical service quality of community healthcare centers in China since the new medical reform,so as to provide policy suggestions for improving the management of community health service quality.Methods:The factor analysis method was used to extract the main factors from 8 indicators reflecting the medical service quality of community healthcare centers.The factor scores of each year were sorted and evaluated.Results:The 2 main factors were extracted from 8 original indicators.After rotation,the factor accumulation variance contribution rate was 92.390%,and the extraction effect was good.Comprehensive evaluation and analysis showed that the overall quality of medical service in community healthcare centers in China had improved since the new medical reform.Conclusion:The factor analysis method can scientifically,fairly and objectively evaluate the medical service quality of community healthcare centers.
