北方根结线虫对花生黄曲霉菌及其毒素污染的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析抗(感)北方根结线虫花生品种D029(中抗)、HY33(高感)在未接种(CK)、只接种北方根结线虫(M)、只接种黄曲霉菌(A)、接种北方根结线虫+黄曲霉菌(A+M)4种处理下的试验数据,明确北方根结线虫侵染花生荚果对果壳、籽仁黄曲霉菌侵染率及籽仁中黄曲霉毒素污染的影响。数据表明:①D029饱果M处理花生果壳黄曲霉菌侵染率极显著高于CK处理;HY33所有处理间不存在显著性差异;②供试两个花生品种M处理花生籽仁黄曲霉菌侵染率显著高于CK处理;A+M处理花生籽仁黄曲霉菌侵染率显著高于A处理;③HY33秕果籽仁CK、M、A、A+M不同处理黄曲霉毒素含量分别为16.96±4.39、35.89±8.21、65.07±12.70、94.87±14.28μg/kg,说明北方根结线虫的侵染会加重黄曲霉毒素的污染。 To clarify the infection effect of Meloidogyne hapla to peanut pod on A.flavus infection rate and aflatoxins accumulation in peanut shell and kernel,four treatments as negative control(CK),M.hapla inoculation(M),A.flavus inoculation(A),M.hapla+A.flavus inoculation(A+M)were conducted with two peanut cultivars D029(medium resistance to northern nematode)and HY33(high sensitive to northern nematode)as materials.The results demonstrated that:①A.flavus infection rate of cultivar D029 shell of plump pod under M treatment was extremely and significantly higher than that of CK while there was no significant difference among the treatments of cultivar HY33.②For the A.flavus infection rate of peanut kernel,infection rate with M,A+M treatments were significantly higher than that of CK and A,respectively.③The aflatoxins content in cultivar HY33 kernel of blighted pod under different treatments CK,M,A and A+M were 16.96±4.39,35.89±8.21,65.07±12.70 and 94.87±14.28μg/kg respectively,which indicated that M.hapla infection aggravated the aflatoxin contamination.
