摘要
台门渔港位于浙江省沿海中部,受台风影响较为频繁。本文基于最新测量的岸线和水深数据建立了风暴潮—波浪耦合模型,对台门渔港内的护岸进行防台风能力研究与评估。通过多种假想台风路径的比较,确定了东南偏东方向(ESE)在渔港南侧登陆的路径为最危险台风路径,然后结合实测护岸高程计算了不同台风等级下各段护岸的漫堤风险。研究结果表明:悬山岛一侧护岸防台风等级较低,只能抵御14级以下台风引起的漫堤,六横本岛护岸能够抵御17级台风,对面山岛的防台等级为15级,基于安全考虑,台门渔港护岸防台等级最终确定为14级。本研究可为渔港抵御台风灾害提供一定的科学依据,对沿海其他工程设施的海洋灾害风险评估也有重要的借鉴意义。
Taimen fishing port is located in the middle of Zhejiang Province,which is frequently affected by typhoons.With the newly measured coastline and depth data,a coupled storm surge-wave model was established to evaluate the typhoon protection ability of the revetment in Taimen fishing port.Through the comparison of several hypothetical typhoon paths,the landing path from ESE direction on the south side of fishing port was determined to be the most dangerous typhoon path.Revetment height data was collected to compare with the model results to assess the inundation risk at different typhoon intensity grade.The result showed that the protection level of Xuanshan Island was relatively low and the lowest level was 14.However,Revetment around Liuheng Island was capable of withstanding typhoon grade 17 and the protection level of Duimian Island was 15.Based on the principle of safety,the protection level of Taimen fishing port was set to 14.This study is of great significance for disaster prevention and can provide reference for the marine disaster risk assessment of other coastal engineering facilities.
