摘要
针对高危边坡的爆破,提出了分区深孔控制爆破技术,并进行了爆破参数设计。重点对岩墙深孔控制爆破技术进行了研究,保证岩墙后排炮孔药柱顶底部离坡面水平距离分别不小于1.5倍和2倍的最小抵抗线。常规炮区采用分区接力起爆网路,分首爆区和接力区,岩墙爆破采用多排毫秒延期起爆网路,前10排孔内装2、4、6~13段导爆管雷管,之后每3排孔为一组,孔内装11、12、13段导爆管雷管,孔外用9段接力,2种爆破网路采用电雷管和导爆管雷管混合起爆方式,解决了爆破进度与安全的之间的矛盾。选取6个高程点,对高边坡爆破振动随高程变化的规律进行研究,提出了线性修正公式。改善爆破技术对爆破飞石、滚石控制的同时,在坡底设置了防护排架、集渣坑和挡墙组成的防护体系,进一步保证了电厂的安全。
In the blasting of high-risk slopes,a zoned deep-hole controlled blasting technology was proposed,and blasting parameter design was carried out.The focus was on the deep-hole controlled blasting technology of rock walls to ensure that The horizontal distance between the top and the bottom of the charge cylinder in the back row of the rock wall and the slope surface should be not less than 1.5 times and 2 times of the minimum burden respectively.The conventional gun zone adopts a partitioned relay detonation network,which is divided into the first detonation zone and the relay zone.The rock wall blasting adopts a multi-row millisecond delayed detonation network,and the first ten rows of holes are equipped with detonators of segment 2,4,and 6~13,and then each of three rows of holes is a group,detonators of segment 11,12,and 13 are installed in the holes,and detonators of segment 9 are used outside the holes.Mixed initiation of the electric detonator and detonating tube detonator are used in the blasting networks.The above scheme solves the contradiction between blasting progress and safety.Six elevation points were selected to study the vibration law of high slope blasting with elevation,and a linear correction formula was proposedAt the same time,a protective system consisting of protective bents,ballast pits and retaining walls was set up at the bottom of the slope to ensure the safety of the power plant.
